Data we collect & how we use it- Required: your email address (and optional name, if you provide it).
Automatically from email tools: basic delivery and engagement data (e.g., bounces, unsubscribes, and—if enabled—opens and click-throughs).
We use this data to send the newsletter, manage the list, improve deliverability, and understand what content is useful.
Our email service may use a small image (“tracking pixel”) and unique links to measure opens and clicks. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can:
(a) update your preferences to a “no-tracking” list (if available),
(b) read emails in plain-text mode, or
(c) unsubscribe at any time.
We use reputable email providers (e.g., MailerLite or Mailchimp) to store your data securely and deliver messages. Depending on server locations, your information may be processed outside your province/state or country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

This newsletter is intended for individuals aged 16+. If you are under the applicable age of consent in your region, please do not subscribe. If we learn we’ve collected data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
We keep your data until you unsubscribe or after a period of inactivity (currently 24 months), after which we may delete or anonymize it. We keep a suppression list of unsubscribed emails to honor opt-outs. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
We respect your inbox and won’t sell your details. Content is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or publishing schedules. We won’t use misleading subjects or headers.
If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above and may notify subscribers by email. Continued subscription after changes indicates acceptance.
